Argo Tester Job Description SummaryRole OverviewThe Argo Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality reliability and compliance of the Argo Teller Platform and related retail banking applications This role focuses on testing teller transactions validating branch banking workflows supporting system integrations and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and security standardsKey ResponsibilitiesPerform functional integration regression and UAT testing for teller and branch banking applicationsValidate banking transactions such as deposits withdrawals transfers loan payments and account maintenanceDevelop and execute test plans test cases test scripts and test dataTest integrations with core banking systems payment platforms and customer information systemsLog track and manage defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOpsEnsure compliance with AML KYC PCIDSS and banking security requirementsSupport production releases deployment validation and postproduction testingRequired SkillsStrong experience in Manual Testing Functional Testing Integration Testing Regression Testing and UATKnowledge of SQL API Testing PostmanSwagger and test management toolsExperience with retail banking teller systems or financial transaction processingFamiliarity with AgileScrum methodologies and defect management toolsPreferred QualificationsHandson experience with the Argo Teller PlatformExposure to core banking systems such as Fiserv Jack Henry FIS or TemenosExperience with test automation frameworks and CICD environmentsEducation ExperienceBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Finance or a related fieldTypically 48 years of QATest Engineering experience including 2 years in banking or teller platform testingKey CompetenciesAttention to detail and analytical thinkingStrong problemsolving and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirementsEffective communication and stakeholder collaborationIdeal Candidate A QA professional with banking domain expertise who can ensure highquality delivery of teller platform enhancements while maintaining compliance security and operational reliability
