Pet Bather / Dog Bather

We’re Hiring!

Are you an animal lover looking for a rewarding job working with pets? We’re looking for a reliable, caring, and hardworking Pet Bather to join our team!

As a Pet Bather, you’ll help keep our furry clients clean, comfortable, and looking their best while providing them with a safe and positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Bathe, brush, and thoroughly dry dogs
• Perform basic services such as nail trims and ear cleaning
• Safely handle dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments
• Monitor pets throughout their visit and provide gentle, compassionate care
• Keep the bathing area, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Assist groomers as needed
• Follow proper pet-handling and safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Must genuinely love and enjoy working with animals
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments
• Able to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Comfortable working around water, wet dogs, hair, and pet-related messes
• Previous pet bathing, grooming, dog daycare, kennel, veterinary, or animal-care experience is a plus
• We are willing to train the right person!

We want someone who is patient, attentive, energetic, and takes pride in caring for animals. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important to us as previous experience.

Pay & Growth

Starting pay is based on experience.

• No previous experience: Starting at minimum wage, with opportunities for raises as you learn and develop your bathing and pet-care skills.
• Previous pet bathing/grooming experience: Pay will be determined based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
• Room to grow: We value our employees and provide opportunities to increase your pay and take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience and demonstrate your skills.
