. Image Painting is looking to hire motivated individual for Residential Sales in DC Metro Area, and we are looking for an in-home sales professional. If you are looking to advance your career & make more money. We will train the right person in sales and estimating. We supply 70% of leads.

This is for you if you are:
Strong job history.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
in English.
Must have a clean drivers license
Well spoken - Personable Clean with Drivers licenses -
Coach-able with a willingness to learn.
Good with basic math and understanding numbers- Basic
comfort with learning new software as well as google
sheets ect.
5 years in a sales or customer facing role.
Committed to personal excellence, driven to succeed with a "can do" attitude.
Able to plan, set you calender and prioritize your time.
Can wright a estimate on a tablet / computer
Seek out and participate in network events
The ideal candidate will have in-home sales experience or worked in customer service or come from the home improvement industries. You MUST have verifiable and STABLE work experience. Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus but not needed.
Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first.
