Ready to take your career global? Join the Rolls-Royce International Development Engineering Internship and take part in a rewarding 12 week experience supporting the development of world-class aerospace propulsion systems. • Contributing to engineering investigations, data analysis, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Development Engineering, Design, Test and Program functions.
  • Specific project assignments and scope of work will be agreed closer to the internship start date to reflect program priorities and business needs at the time.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Understanding how to interpret data and apply it to a decision or next action step as needed as well as the concept of continuous improvement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Our behaviors drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

This internship is funded by the University of Virginia and Virginia Tech through an endowment grant given to the selected students. All communications surrounding pay and auxiliary benefits will be presented at time of offer from each university.
