We are looking for hard workers to join our Production Team! The Production Team arrives to our warehouse every day to load up their box truck, and drive to the jobsite location anywhere across the greater Hampton Roads area. If you are someone who likes to work with your hands and tools, is willing to work in dirty tight spaces, and has no limitations on lifting or crawling-- this position is for you! You will be trained by veteran team members who have all the experience necessary to set you up for success with on-the-job, hands-on training. This position will report to the crew Foreman on the team you're assigned. If you are a hard worker who would like a career with a company who values you, this is an entry level position, but our promotions and pay are merit-based, not based on time with the company. This is a great way to get your foot in the door to learn about what we do and where you can grow from here! BONUS SKILLS: Construction experience and experience with power tools is a plus Carpentry and framing experience is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Starting Hourly Pay ranges anywhere from $16 an hour all the way up to $25 per hour depending on skills and experience.
